Prior to his success with his book "The 7 practices of highly effective people", Stephen Covey was the founder of Franklin Covey Company and provided training services to various leading world organizations. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Studying at Harvard University, he completed his MBA in Business Administration and a doctorate (Ph.D.) from Brigham Young University.


Stephen Covey has sold more than 20 million books and his book, the seven most influential man in human history, was selected as the most influential book of the 20th century. He also won the International Man of Peace Award and a father's award at the National Fatherhood Initiative. He is also known as the author of the best-selling non-fiction book in history. He was also awarded the International Entrepreneur of the Year award and was awarded eight doctoral degrees during his lifetime.


In his book 7 Practical People Practices, Stephen Covey laid out the practical ways to understand the basics of a powerful tool for self-improvement and to explain how you can be happy in life. He wrote this book after a long study of the principles of success. In the outside world, success is often measured by one's performance, skills, and circumstances. In the book, Stephen Covey states that lasting success is possible only if a person lives by certain basic principles. All of these goals are summarized in his book, seven habits of the most successful people.


This book provides the answer to the great question of how to present your life in a constructive and effective way, and focus on the habits of the most successful people. Stephen Covey's action plan states that it is based on the seven best human practices, including active action, mental retardation, prioritizing, winning thinking, seeking understanding rather than understanding, synergizing, and sharpening the saw.


The primary purpose of this book is to help students develop their character so that they can be successful in life. It helps to develop and grow as a person by learning the habits of the world's most successful people. This is the kind of practice that is permissible for all types of life situations. Stephen Covey says that to be successful in life, you must have a strong character whom you can count on.


If you divide the book into four different parts, you will understand what the first part of the book explains about what it means to be successful, the importance of the character, and how you see the world.


The second section, however, is about a secret victory. It helps you understand how to overcome it yourself before facing the rest of the world. The first three practices for success are described in this section.


The third section of the book discusses how you can use your character to succeed in dealing with other people and includes all three other practices.


In the fourth section, the author explains how you can improve yourself regularly through the seventh practice.

First Habit: Working:

Being efficient requires that you take great responsibility, take the initiative, and focus on the things you can actually do. Instead of responding or worrying about things and situations that they cannot control, people who work hard use their time and focus on things that they can actually control. The problems, challenges, and opportunities we face fall into two areas, the cycle of anxiety and the circle of Influence.


Second Habit: Start with the end in mind:

This is a practice of observation, purpose, and function. The decisions you make today can affect your future, so you need to be aware of the guidelines you choose to live each day.


This practice is based on the principle that everything is done twice. The first is the creation of the mind and the second is the creation of the physical. The physical creation follows the mind, just as a building follows a plan and a map first.


Third Habit: First thing first:

This is a practice that forces you to understand how you can really use your time. You will work hard and set your priorities. The first things are the things that you find most important. When you set priorities, you control your time and plan your events according to your priorities.


Forth Habit: Consider Winning:

This is a practice that encourages you to develop a winning goal. You need to see that you can achieve a lot by working with other people. It is important to give and receive love. You will achieve your goals by thinking about winning.


A person who approaches contention about a win-win situation has these three important qualities:


1- Integrity: strong communication with your emotions, values, and commitment

2- Growing up: expressing your thoughts and feelings with complete confidence

3- Excessive Thinking: believing that there is enough for everyone


Fifth Habit: Seek first to understand:

This practice involves listening with empathy and focusing on understanding the other person. After that, you have to put all your energy into being understood by other people. It focuses on seeking first understanding, then understanding.


We respond in 4 ways:

1.  Examination: We judge and agree or disagree.

2.  Test: We ask questions from our references

3.  Counseling: We offer advice, advice, and solutions to problems.

4. Interpretation: We analyze the motives of others and their behavior according to our own experience.


Sixth Habit: Collaboration:

It requires you to gain a lot of trust through collaboration. Your approach should be based on respect, organization, and trust. When people start working together, they are open to each other's influence, they start to learn new ideas.


Seventh Habit: Sharpen the saw:

This explains the importance of self-improvement and patience. This includes doing a lot of exercises, meditation, and relaxation. It helps keep your body, mind, relationships, and spirituality balanced.

2.  Social / Emotional: Making contact with people and others

3.  Mind: Reading, reading, writing, and teaching
